BioSpan provides computational biological age estimations and wellness metrics for informational and longevity awareness purposes only. BioSpan is NOT a licensed medical device and does NOT diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before initiating any new health protocol, exercise regime, or nutritional changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BioSpan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (BioSpan Pro)

BioSpan offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) providing access to continuous vital streams, longitudinal analytics, and predictive biomarker modeling.

Billing: Subscriptions are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your active subscription anytime in your iOS or Android account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the policies and handling of Apple and Google.

3. Promotional Codes

Cryptographically signed promotional codes provide promotional access to BioSpan Pro for designated trial periods. Codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Intellectual Property

The BioSpan mobile app, biological calculation algorithms, trademarks, user interface designs, and sound effects are the proprietary intellectual property of BioSpan. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for non-commercial personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BioSpan and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or reliance on any calculations provided.
